Subtitle burning problem :)

hey all
Thanks for this awesome Forum ,
I have downloaded a Dvd Rip movie
I Found the subtitle of the movie , I Usually Use a Programme called Win Avi .. Pretty good and easy to use , but the problem is When i wanna add a subtitle to movie , the problem is This programme when u wanna add a subtitle , it copy it to the movie , like stick it to the movie , not like u can use to show it or hidden it like a regular dvd , for exg i wanna add 2 subtitles , one for English , the other is Spanish , i cant , cause i have to choose one and it will stick in the screen , any suggestion guys ?
and one more thing please i downloaded a dvd rip movie , 2 cds , the subtitles also 2 , splitted , how i can merge them into one dvd with merging the subtitle ? ( I dont want to use win avi to merge cause it make the sounds come after or before 20 sec)
