    Everytime I try to install my Nero the installer stops in the middle of installation. The crazy thing is I cant uninstall it either, that also stops.

    Try the tools section on Nero site to uninstall.

    ...and then stop using Nero. For all aspects of what Nero (claims to) does, there are better free alternatives.

    What are the free alternatives? I am using CDBurnerXP Pro and it does everything except "Copy DVD". Could you provide links?

    For what?
    ImgBurn, CD Burner XP Pro, burnatonce, DVDShrink, HCEnc, GUI for DVDAuthor, VCDEasy - sounds like a lot of apps, but in their area, they outperform the corresponding Nero function by at least 2 laps (if Nero gets across the start line at all). And taken together, they are still smaller than Nero. And they are all free.
