I want to try rip video from DVD to HD with closed caption, then I want to burn DVD again. In this case, Should I convert Divx or Xvid to MPEG-4 before burning DVD??? Or Can I burn DVD immediately with ConvertXtoDVD software without convert??

Try DVDFab Decrypter or Ripit4me and DVDShrink to fit the movie on a SL disc. DVDShrink will also let you select the movie if you don't want the extras that come with the disc. If you use Ripit4me you will also need DVDDecrypter.
If you want to reauthor an existing avi /divx back to Video DVD with captions and/or subtitle files then you will need a tool like DVD-lab PRO
