How do i know what media is compatible with DVD Writer

I lost my manual is there any other way i can find out what my DVD Writer can play in terms of what dics/media whether -R/+R/-RW etc...i was told i can click on the drive on my computer and find out but no luck. I guess i can go to the manufacturers site and look for a manual or order or something i don't know, can somebody please help? The model number is LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-160P6S thanks.

The Liteon site says your drive will burn any kind of media except DVD-RAM. This page has download links for firmware, spec sheet, manual, etc. for your burner
