Alright....I'm taking the plunge. I found a portable DVD player (ACI) that claims to play VCDs/SVCDs/DVDs/and MP3s. It claims to be PAL/NTSC compliant and be region free...all for $160. It sounds too good to be true and probably is but I have to give it a go at that price. I'll let you know how it turns out.....keep your fingers crossed for me.
