Wincoder straight to VCD?

I've got a Panasonic DV camcorder hooked up via firewire. I want to use Wincoder to grab the video off the camcorder in MPG format, and then burn it to VCD using EZCD Creator. I don't want to use Premiere or Ulead Media Studio, because I don't have 20 gigs free for 1 hour worth of video...

I can capture okay with Wincoder, but when I go to add the clip to EZCD Creator, it tells me the format is not right. What format do I need to capture in Wincoder so that EZCD Creator will accept and burn? Or are there any other suggestions?

You need to set:

Pal Video Resoluation: 352X288
NTSC Video Resoluation: 352X240

Sound: 16-Bit Stereo
