TV Tuner for Windows 2003?

Any recommendation for tuner card (USB or PCI) for Windows 2003? I got ATI TV Wonder Pro, it work great when the OS is XP. After I install 2003, it won't work any more.

Windows 2003 is a server OS, not a workstation. By default, graphics acceleration and DirectX are not enabled.

Have a look at:

There's a lot you need to do to make 2003 behave like a workstation....
