What feature does a DVD player need for it to play Dual Layer +R converted to ROM disc.
I have a Dual Layer (DL) DVD Disc and it plays on my Toshiba SDK620 but one my 2nd player it only plays the 2nd Title of the disc which is a magnavox mwd2205 which is cheap.
So what is it that I need to look for in a player to play my dl's.
Thanks for any help

Look on the manufacturer's website or at the "Product Specs" or "Specifications" of the particular model of DVD player you're looking for. If it says "plays DVD+R DL", then DVD+R DL discs should work.
example
Some of the players don't specifically state that they play burned double layer even if they do. I have a cheap RCA dvd player that's like that.
If you look at the left tab, you can click on "DVD Players" and do a search. Users talk about whether or not the DVD players play burned double layers discs based on their experience.
