    I just installed vista on my iMac and I'm very used to using Visualhub to encode avi's to WMV.. I'm new to the windows land of converting and encoding so please help a n (now) newb out

    Need a good clean program to encode AVI to WMV so I can stream to my 360 via Media Center.
