Trying to author a DVD of anime fansubs. Converted/demuxed the avis with TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress (new software; have not used it much). When I went to author in DVDLab Pro, halfway through the last movie the time numbers changed to 00:00:00 in RED and the time started over. Checked out the avi in VirtualDub and it didn't say there were any bad frames. I thought the conversion might have run into an auto-update or virus scan -- the converter I used to use didn't "play nice" with anything else running -- so I made sure other stuff was disabled, set the converter to have priority, and did the conversion over. The same problem appeared at the exact same point.
