Is there anyway I can make a small part of the screen (like 1/4th the screen) display full screen?
For example: Kinda like using windows magnifier. I want to make an flv or swf video full screen (like youtube videos) that don't give you the option to make it full screen.

there are programs and website that will let you 'save' a youtube video to your PC, you can then use a player program to play them on your PC, but they won't look as pretty when expanded to too full screen they will be blocky/pixelated
you can use a program like super to convert them to avi or mp4 at a higher res like 640*480, but they will still not be 'real pretty'
