    Hi,

I decide to improve the sound in a DVD and demuxed it with DGMPGIndex. After d2v was created, DGMPGIndex gave message: "Field order corrected. Original file saved as bad". After that there are 2 d2v files and one of them is "......d2v.bad"

What should I do? Should I reencode the DVD? Actually I did not have such interntion. Thanks.

  2. Since you're not using the D2Vs for anything, ignore them. Ordinarily, if using the D2V for encoding, you'd choose the regular one it made (of course). It's been changed so you don't repeat the mistake on the DVD of having illegal flagging sequences that might cause field order reversals.

    Thank you, manono.

I use them for encoding but this one is ready-to-use DVD and I would not like to redo it.

    Hi,

It looks like I cannot ignore it. I have put the movie on DVD disk but my two standalones do not want to play it.

I am not sure whether you remember the "Game" movie I was converting to NTSC DVD. It was without ending and I created the ending from an avi file. Now I've got the ending of the movie - the VOB file.

I separated the ending - the VOB made of the avi file (and probably a part of another VOB). After that I named all VOBs as 001; 002..... and joined them with VOBEDIT and created IFO and other stuff with IfoEdit.

The DVD plays OK on my PC but not on my standalones. When I open it with DVDShrink, I see "unreferenced material", which indicates I did not create the DVD as one title.

What should I do to correct it? Thank you!
