I am experiences werid time on my winavi.It goes to 100% then it goes to some crazy time like 83940 or something it dont finish at 100%.I have k-lite and directx codec.Thank you

	You probably have a corrupted video with a messed up index. But I agree with guns1inger's answer. 
 
 If it's a AVI type file, try running it through VirtualDub Mod and check for errors and missing frames. Then resave it.
 
 Then try a program like ConvertXToDVD if you want to convert it to a DVD format. And I would get rid of K-lite before it does any more damage to your system like it has for many others that made the mistake of installing it.
