TSCV authored SVCD/VCD won't play. Pro's wanted !!!

I have a strange problem with TSCV. The process of creating the image works nicely, without any problem. Unfortunately the SVCD/VCD (after burning with the TSCV implemented burning routine)won't play neither on my standalone DVD player, nor in PowerDVD. Everything (sound and video) seems to be screwed up.

The same happens when I aurthor the VCD/ SVCD with Ulead DVD Movie Factory

What am I doing wrong?

Come on people. I just can't believe it. None of you has or had a similar problem?

I just don't know what to do.
