Simple video splitter

Well i need a simple video file splitter which can split any video file in two or more files. no converter no changes no filters only i want to split the file into two without making any other changes to the original file

Avidemux.
The problem is that the splitting itself is not simple procedure if you want the both outputed files to play properly. So I don't know if something "simple" exist at all.
