Is there any general software for changing the LOGO and Screen Savers on a DVD Player, What are the things required, do i need to know the CHIP Number etc (i dont think model names will be of much use as my DVD Players are china make, same build and many companies LG, Sony etc, i think these are just made ups.) My Plavers has a com poer at the back.

In setup mode accessible from remote there's usually a choice to use either default screen or a custom one previously recorded to memory. You can record any still picture or capture a video frame at playback (there should be a button for this on the remote). That's how it works on my BBK-993.

My DVD is a custome made ( i think its from china) funny thing is that the same make, (build and menus everything same) has different labels like sony, LG etc. So I think they are duplicates and that they are for mass production by some chinese company. Is there anyway to know the clone version (chip name etc) so that i can know what firmwire to search for etc..

It's very much dependent on hardware/firmware. There's no generic "change DVD screen saver/logo" application.
