hey guys, ive downloaded this video from internet which i hoped it was on english, my surprise was when i saw the video and realized it was in french.... then again, i managed to found the very same video in english but in lower video quality, now my question: is there a tool that allows me to rip the audio from that video NUMBER 1 and paste it back to that video NUMBER 2 with higher video quality...?

by the way the video is just a "movie clip"...

thaxxx to you all, hope to hear from you soon

If they are both avi files, then virtualdubmod is a simple solution.

Open the English video and click on Streams->Streamlist. Click on your audio track, then click on Save WAV and save the audio track to disc.

Open the French version and click on Streams->Streamlist. Click on Add, and select your English audio. Click on the French audio track, and click on Disable. Click OK. Click on File->Save As, and save a new version of the video, with English audio.

    Caveats :

The two videos must have the same framerate, running time and start at the same point for this to work first time. If they don't you will have to adjust for the differences.

If the English audio is VBR MP3 you should convert it to CBR MP3 when you save it.

Yes there is. Until you've dug out more, with respect to what kind of "movie clip" you're actually dealing with, that's about as precise answer it's possible to give you.
I suggest you start with disabling "Hide file extension of known file types" in Explorer. (Tools, Folder options)
Making the assumption it's in fact AVI video, the tool to use is VirtualDubMod.
1 Load good audio AVI, Demux audio stream from the stream list.
2 Load bad audio AVI, Delete audio stream.
3 Add audio stream, selecting the saved audio from step 1.
4 save new AVI with both audio and video set to direct stream.

Sure you set video to Direct stream copy (under the Video menu)? If not, you're trying to save as uncompressed.

Both videos seem similar enough that it may work without further processing.
One odd thing is that the French audio is 109 kB! Can't be...
