    Im trying to record some videos of games from my Playstation 2 onto a DVD, which I can do alright. Once I put them onto the PC, they're in VOB format, and are around 250MB big. I want to convert them to either AVI or WMV, and compress them a considerable amount so I can put them on Youtube. Does anyone know any FREE programs which can convert VOB to AVI, and compress them after? I do have another program I could possibly use to compress though, im just more interested in VOB to AVI. I keep finding programs which have 5 minute limit, or any other kind of restrictions. Any help will be appreciated.

    Autogk, open the vob , select file size, convert.
    Dr Divx, open the vob, select file size, convert. Rename the .divx to .avi and upload.
