I'm new...How do I convert MPG to WMV ? ? ?

I use Smart Ripper to rip the DVD source into VOB files, then I use VOBtoMPG to convert it into a big MPG file, now I want to convert that into a WMV. What program do I use? Also, is there an easier way than all of this? Perhaps I can just rip VOB files and directly convert them into WMV ? ? IS that possible?
