I have an SVCD which is very very jumpy and crappy. I figured it was the CD that was the problem so I copied the MPEG file from the CD to the HD. Then I used WinDVD to watch the file... turns out only the sound is okay and the picture is black. Why this? When I watch it in my DVD player I at least get the picture AND sound.
How do I fix a MPEG-2 file? and how do I knwo what's wrong with it?.. It's the First of a x4 CD span.. and number 2-4 are fine, both in my DVD and as file in WinDVD so... it's something weired about that CD and that File. I got this CD from Burnign a Bin file so I dont' know who encoded it or anythign like that.
Please Help!
