I keep getting an error message when trying to use ImgBurn.

    DeviceIoControl (FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed!

Device: (*description of my DVDRW Drive)

Unable to lock volume for exclusive access.

    Reason: Access is denied.

I have never seen this before but is seems to be happening more and more. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Common reasons for having a drive "in use" ...

    1) you're currently browsing it with Windows Explorer
    2) you've used some other program to open/use the drive recently, and it's still running (in the background maybe)
    3) you use one of those on-the-fly disk writer programs (like InCD) that "opens" the drive as soon as a blank disk goes in
