I just bought Roxio's Videowave 9 in the Creator Suite 9. One of the things I love to do is to create slideshow DVD's. My old program that I used for this was My DVD 6. It was OK, but I wanted something that I could change the duration of individual images. Videowave 9 does this. However, whenever I create a slide show, some of the images don't display on my DVD player. It is an Onkyo DV-CP702, a stand alone. Any Ideas on how I can troubleshoot this? Or why some are not displayed?

  2. Are all the images the same resolution/file size? Could be Videowave has a limit to what it can handle. I'm assuming the problem is with the software, since it would output the slideshow with the standard resolution for (S)VCD or DVD. To fix it, open the image in a photo editor and resample to a lower resolution, then use the result in your slideshow.
