converting swf to avi

Ok, has anyone been able to do this? I'm trying to convert gotham girls but all I have ever managed to do is get audio. Super does nothing. Ideas?

How do I not record the name of the window? Also, there's a choice at the beginning. I was hoping to just have it go all the way through.

for smooth frame capture
