Burn all the files to a single disc as a data DVD. (I use Record Now). If the subtitle folders are in a format compatible with the Philips it will play them when you select subtitles from the remote handset.

  3. You mean 5960?

Just put them on the disk with the right short name:

    film.avi

    film.srt

  6. I thought mine read .txt too, but I dont remember. But it only works right if you have the same name. Do not use long file names.

Also I think it won't take txt or srt over a certain file size, like 150kb.

Get a free program, VLC & test your subs first.
