  1. My goal is to produce a SVCD with the best quality. Due to my Samsung 611 read svcd at 2X, I've used Tmpenc with 128 Kbits/sec and CBR at 2580.
The problem is that tmpgenc generate a file with an avg bitrate (calculated by bitrate viewer) that is lower than 2580, but greater this value in the first part of the film (first seconds).
This imply that the player doesn't work well at the start of the SVCD.
To avoid this problem I've to decrease the Bitrate, producing an mpeg2 with an average Bitrate lower than the max allowed.
Thx in advance for any suggestion ?
