    Please help... I'm trying to copy the files onto the dvd-rw drive.. the disk is new.. and blank.. why these error messages.. what i must do.. please help.

    What program are you using, that is providing this error message.

    What brand of media and type of media are you using?

    What is the manufacturer and model number of your drive?

    If you don;t define the problem, no one can offer suggestions or solutions.

    I'm using a toshiba laptop.. the program is built-in.. i mean drag-and drop..

    the exernal dvd writer is benq (i have no idea on the model number)

    media is memorex+rw
