  1. im using DVD Lab Pro and it rejecting my ac3 stream because of the stream frequency.
    so i want to change it to 48 KHZ.
    how can i change it from 44.1 KHZ to 48 KHZ so it will be compatible with my DVD project?

    You can use ffmpeggui if it's 2 channel AC3.

    You can decompress it to wav (e.g. in Besweet), resample to 48 kHz in a sound editor like SoundForge or Audition and encode back e.g. in SoftEncode. For better results resampling can be performed after temporary bit-depth up-conversion (64 bit in SoundForge or 32 bit in Audition). Of course there are free solutions but not as good.
