    can anyone suggest / recommend a great program for burning dvd's from avi/xvid/divx files,
    that also lets you create a menu and fit 2 movies to a disc.

    i used to use NERO but it's not working for me anymore since my computer was
    wiped out.
    can anyone help please ??

    convertX will do it, its not free, but it does a good job for a 'NO hassle' one step program, and yes you can put 2 or 3 ( 1hr ) tv shows on one DVD but I would not do multiple full lenght movies this way..

    it makes regular DVD's not Dvix data discs
