I have DVD covers on my computer that are for the standard 14mm thick cases. Is there a program that can convert them to 7mm or 9mm thickness automatically, because the DVD cases that I have are the slim ones.

    Thanks.

Try CoverXP - free legal download from here

    http://www.coverxp.com/main.asp

The included DVD template can be adjusted to work for slimmer cases, and can be saved as a seperate template.

The program has a simple drag and drop interface and can resize covers automatically to fit your template.

    It's great !

I've just downloaded undercoverXp as recommended by dvdguy4 and run off a couple of test images.

Very impressive, even easier to use than my suggestion.

Nice one dvdguy4, i think i'll be using undercoveXP from now on !

undercoverxp gets my vote too! It seems to compress the middle portion to fit the slimmer case, whilst leaving the front and back (seemingly) unchanged.
