DVD-V4600 DVD Player / VCR Combo (Turn off Progressive Scan)

Ok. So. I used to have a progressive scan TV with this combo hooked up, but I no longer have the TV. I'm trying to hook it up by s-video but i can't see the menu to turn off progressive scan. Any help?

If someone could tell me the buttons to press on the remote to change this option, please do. (i.e. "menu, down, enter, down, down, enter, left, etc.")

You need to reset it. Try holding the power button on the unit for 10 seconds, if that doesn't work, try the same thing with the rest of the buttons. Sometimes it's a combination of buttons.

Alright! Thanks a bunch for the help. I completely forgot about resetting the player.

For future reference, for everyone else, to reset the player, hold both the REW and FF buttons on the front panel down for 5 seconds.
