Hello
I had WMP 10 then downloaded and upgraded to WMP 11. Decided I didn't want WMP 11 as it was causing a few problems so I uninstalled WMP 11. Now whenever I play a .WMV or a .mpg on WMP 10 the sound is fine although the picture is either blank or a few random colours flashing across the screen. If however I reboot everything plays fine although if I break off and do something else and then return to WMP 10 I get the same problems as I have just described.
As far as I know I had all the MS updates for WMP 10 and it played perfectly well until I installed and then uninstalled WMP 11.
Anyone have a solution please?
