I have 2 problems, when I convert NTSC DVD into PAL with Avi2DVD.

1: Sometimes I get INTERLACE picture. How does the DEINTERLACE option turns on?

2: The audio ac3 that I get from converted NTSC into PAL is very silent, but only when it's played on the PC, on the DVD player everything is OK.

    Why is that?

What is your source material ?

How do you know it is interlaced ?

Have you installed an AC3 playback codec (AC3 filter, FFDShow) or software that can actually play DVDs (VLC, MPC, PowerDVD, WinDVD) ?
