As topic, what is framerate and what is FPS, i saw them at alot of convertor programs, but i just normal use the default option. Can some1 explain what are the 2 terms? Thanks.

Framerate is the number of frames processed in a moment of time.
FPS (frames per second) is the number of frames processed in 1 second.
Kinda like "Frequency" which means "how often".
Hertz means "how often in 1 second"
In other words, framerate is expressed in Frames per second.
A proper sentence would be:
The framerate of the movie is 29.97 FPS (frames per second)
