  1. ImgBurn can't be beat for DVD video, but what about audio? I'm hoping there's a freeware app that can burn a plain audio CD in DAO mode.

  3. I can't get it to work with Vista. Everytime I try to compile a new disc it gets an error. Here's my drive:
    Matshita DVD-RAM UJ-850-S

I don't know if the drive sucks a** or what. I've tried that program, DeepBurn, and Feurio. None of them seem to want to work or like the drive. This is pissing me off ebcause I can't burn a simple audio CD on my laptop I just paid $900 for. Nero 6 won't work with Vista and I hate Nero 7 because of all the crap that comes bundled with it.

  6. Sorry. My home PC is XP. I bought a laptop recently and it has Vista. So I'm trying to learn it and work around any problems. I think Media Player has a builtin burner. I'll try it.

  8. Check out Burrrn. It's freeware, takes cuesheets like EAC, except Burrrn also takes FLAC as a source audio. Oh yeah, and it also supports CD-Text. Here is the URL:
