I'm using vdub to capture using huffyuv and gives me this message once i reached 4.078gigs. i tried to capture again and still i get the same message. does anybody know why? i have 32gigs of free space. capture settings:
29.97fps
41000 khz audio
preview mode
352x240 res

Sounds like you have FAT32 drive (vs. NTFS) which has a 4gb file limit. You need to enable multi-segment capture in VDub. Take a look in the faq (to the left) for how to do this. I recommend setting segments at either 1.9GB or 3.9GB (ie. short of the avi 2GB limit, and the fat32 4GB limit).
