I recently downloaded a torrent DTS movie and tried to use dvd shrink to open, but all I get is an error msg.
Should I use another program and also can I use the resulting dvd on a 5.1 machine?
The movie is a ...NTSC.DTS-ONLY.DVDR-DTS - the files downloaded are a bunch of .rar files (part 1 etc to part 94 and a .sfv files

So did you unpack the rar archive ?

You really shouldn't download crap from torrents and p2p if you don't know how to unpack them.

FWIW, we used to get regular posts about downloaded DVD structures failing because most are done be people with little or no idea how it should be done. There is a good chance that once you unpack it, Shrink will still hate it.

Yes`I did try to unpack the rar archive but keep getting a 'no archives found' msg.
I have downloaded many a torrent and have successfully opened/ripped etc - all with shrink/decrypter.
