hello,

i'm doing video animation, and would like some help in getting the best quality image...

I edit in FCP and export as a DVPAL movie. Then i do some work on the file in After Effects and render the video file as a quicktime move (with the "Render" option in After Effects (at this point i wouldn't know if there is a better way to export...-). Then i import the quicktime file in FLASH where i add animation. From flash, i don't know how to export a good video file. My first thought was to export the animation layers with a Blue Screen so i can do the rest in FCP or After Effects. However, i'm working with 'delicate' animation (and text) and the chroma key option in FCP and After Effects doesn't really do it...( i lose much of the animation or have a glowy blue outline).

the questions are :

1. How can i export the "best quality" video from After Effects?
2. How can i export this file in Flash so that i won't lose much of the quality (of the animation and the video) - i would prefer it if there's a way to export JUST the animation and then add it in an editing software -

The final video will be burnt onto a DVD with iDVD (which works perfectly well with FCP's DV PAL compressor)

thank u.
