guys
I have MP3 cd converted but folder size is 1.04 GB How can I fits in 700MB CD rom Is it any other way?

NO - not as a "in specification" audio CD
700 Mb Red Book AUDIO CD is ~ < 80 minutes of 'data'
2 channels of 16 bit sound sampled at 44.1 kHz -

I agree with guns1inger - burning to more than one CD (or better yet, a DVD) would be a better idea. Is there a reason why you don't want to use more than one CD?
What are the current bitrates of the MP3s in the folder? Halving the bitrate will indeed lower the quality... and if they're already at a bitrate like 128k, the quality loss will (most likely) be quite noticeable.If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
