AUDIO_TS Folder

Is this folder really necessary, On some DVDs it's there and others it is not. When I "burn" my DVD-Rs I only put the VIDEO_TS folder in with the contents. Could this be the reason my stand-alone DVD player flashes "Loading" continously and then I have to power down??

Does your DVD player play when you load discs (not the one you created), that do not have the AUDIO_TS folder? In most cases DVD players may not look for the AUDIO_TS folder. Your player may have problem reading DVD-Rs. I would recommend you try loading the disc in any other player before concluding.
