What is the best and most powerful software for converting 3GP to AVI or MPEG?

Thanks for your help, these applications are free, could it be a reason for introducing them as best ones? If we do not want to consider the money, what would be your answer?

they are free, try each one, on the same video and use the one you like best

Some of the pay programs that do the same conversions often use the same freeware programs and get the same results. But they charge you for those freeware programs that are just hidden a a different wrapper.

As mentioned, try a few of the freeware ones with a sample clip. If you can find some trial versions of the payware programs, try them also for comparison with the same clip.
