IE7 is the only program where when I stop scrolling with my wheel mouse(Logitech) the page keeps scrolling. This doesn't happen with Firefox or Netscape or any other program.
Is this behavour normal for IE7? Is there anyway to get to stop scrolling?

Pages scroll for me as they normally would in IE7 .

Edit : try updating your mouse drivers

  4. Coalman is right.

You don't even have to update the drivers, just reinstall the old one.

Seems to be a common problem with IE7.
