I'm not a video editor, but i'm trying to learn some things.
There is an AVI that i have, and there are black bars on top and bottom. the video is 720x480, and i want to cut 40 pixels of black bar off the top, and 40 off the bottom. The video will end up being 720x400, which is perfect aspect for rendering it as 368x208 avc/aac for my PSP. However, when i try to use the pan/crop option, the video renders and does not cut off the pixels.. it just squashes the vid to 400 high, and did not crop the 40 pixels of black bar from top and bottom like i wanted. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, or what i'm not doing. Any help would be appreciated greatly
