    Dear forum
    Please do you know if it is possible to watch DVDs by connecting as above so that you would watch the dvd on the PC screen. If so what hardware/cable(s) and or software would be needed.
    I know you can watch a dvd on a pc via the dvd drive but I am interested in above possibility.
    Any help would be appreciated please
