    Have you tried a system reboot or a reinstall of the program?

    yes reinstalled & reboot,, does not correct problem,,if i "cont" i get the following screen
    and cannot remove the info box.

    What operating system are you using? Does it run if you click "Continue"?

    update : removed/uninstalled then cleaned reg,,re-installed and now loads
    up fine!

    Imported a 8GB mpv file , used autofit feature to a DVD5 output (not DL)
    1 pass default settings etc, & the finished TS folder vob's n' all come out at 4.86GB

    Sorry. If you goto "Help->Open Logs Folder" you will find the logs that are created. Attach the one which reflects the run you cite.

  16. I think you can attach it to your post as long as it's smaller than 2MB.

    Sounds like a lot of errors, etc. with the file. Unfortunately I am not familiar with .mkv files, anyone have a method for checking these?
