Ok I am stuck on sometings and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Currently I have attached to my computer, a little subwoofer - PC Subwoofer which came with its two speakers also.

I attach this subwoofer into my PC audio jack - then from the Subwoofer is another lead which contains a port so you can put in the speakers.

I don't know the proper name but you know like on walkmans and stuff, the normal audio jack that you have, that you can put headphones in - the round small one - well that is the type that this subwoofer system has. So my two speakers have this type of lead running out from behind.

    I hope this makes sense

Now I have 4 speakers, very good quality ones in my garage that I Took out.

These speakers have more "techy" kind of leads from the back of them. They have like the cable that you usually put into something and you have to twist the wire/cable so that it wraps around whatever unit you put it in.

Like I used to use them for my amplifier I have connected to the TV - now I want to use them with my computer as I listen/use more my computer.

    Can I do this?

Like those type of cable/wires that you have to twist then you put it in - is there someway you can get them into a PC audio jack outlet?

I'm so confused on this, how to do it

    Thank you!

The speakers have to powered by an external device, note that on your current setup the subwoofer is plugged into the wall. For computer speakers this has a dual roll, it powers the sattelites as well as providing bass.

To hook up regular stereo speakers it's just a matter of running the audio cable from your computer to a receiver, the speakers would be plugged into the receiver. If you only have RCA connections on the receiver you can get RCA to mini jack adapters or cables at Radio Shack, Best Buy etc.
