outlook express

hi, i am having a problem with my outlook express, i go to click on the short cut to start it, it loads to the outlook screen and sticks at that? any ideas on how to fix it?

install thunderbird and import your profiles from outlook

is also an option when you installed it

i've given up on trying to get my outlook to work. I've never been successful with getting this program to work.
