I have an ac3 audio stream that should be 6 channel audio.

I get different info for the file from gspot, mediainfo and media player classic.
Only classic says it's 6 channel.
    Why?

    prob. badly encoded ....

at that bitrate I highly doubt it is 6 channel -- if it was it would sound like crap

not really a standard bit rate anyway

    It was originally aac 5.1.

I took it through to ac3 with ffdshow decoder and graphedit.
The aac version is no longer available.

    repairable?
