    Hi,

    I would like to convert ntsc 720x480 avi files
    to .wmv files 640x480 with a title watermark.

    Not sure what option built into adobe premiere does this
    can someone help me with this? I tried exporting to wmv but the list of options were mostly for 320x240 wmv files.

    Windows Movie Maker or Windows Media Encoder are probably the easiest options.

    Premiere usually has a Windows Media Encoder under "Export Timeline". It may not be the latest version and it will be more limited in options.

    yea my premiere has very poor wmv options

    how do I use windows media encoder to use the ntsc avi and convert it with a watermark/title?
