Hi i was just wondering...what is the difference b/w NTSC and NTSC Film? I know they are differnt in the way as 29.97 vs 23.976...so does that mean that if you can play NTSC on your dvd player you can also play NTSC Film?....which one is best to use when making VCD or SVCD?...any info on the difference of these two would be greatly appreciated,...thank you,
Jesse
