    a) why is thi sin the VCD section ? Do you want a VCD or a DVD ?

    b) just burning an avi to a disc won't make it play unless your DVD player will play avi files, and it is in the correct format to be played

    c) have you searched the guides and tools sections here ? There are dozens of programs that convert video to VCD or DVD for standalone players.

Sorry for putting this in the wrong section.

I want it in DVD i was told that ashampoo was the best burning tool.
I've put it through nero witch seem to take ages and got a error message near the end of burn.
So i converted it to VIDE-TS so i could put it through dvd shrink and i got an error at the end of the burn as well, so i thought I'd try to put it through ashampoo.
Would the film being to long have anything to do with it but i was told it would not make any difference.
    Thanks.
Once again sorry for posting it in the wrong tread.

Not sure who told you that, but it ain't so. ImgBurn is the best DVD Video burning application. It's free, and there are some good guides on the ImgBurn site.

How did you create the Video_TS folder ?
What errors did you get ?

DVD shrink does not burn by itself. It uses either Nero or DVD Decrypter to burn. If Nero failed on it's own, chances are Shrink tried to use it as well, and it failed again. The error messages might tell us why.
